Coiled tubing technology can perform flushing & sand removal, acidizing, wax removal, plug removal, cement squeezing, gas lifting, fishing, milling, fracturing, well logging and other operations for onshore and offshore oil&gas wells.

Coiled tubing operations have the advantages of quick response, snubbing operation, rapidly RIH & POOH, high operating efficiency, and low operating risks. The two sets of electric-driven coiled tubing units provided by HILONG have greater advantages and stronger competitiveness than conventional coiled tubing unit.

(1) More accurately. Electric-driven coiled tubing operates, using electronically controlled injector and reel. The unit has high precision, responsive response, and more precise operation. The minimum stable operating speed is less than 0.033 ft/min; hydraulic coiled tubing unit are usually greater than 1.64 ft/min.

(2) Smarter. Digital instrument display & control reduce labor intensity. It improves operation safety and system reliability through software protection. Human-computer interaction is more friendly, and the degree of automation and intelligence is highly by using CNC operating room and intelligent seats.

(1) Coiled tubing unit

① Cabin. Electrified control, the operation interface is a combination of display screen and smart seat.

② Reel. The reel volume is 1 1/2” - 26247 ft, 2”- 22966 ft.

③Hydraulic station: Electrical control system, automatic locking pressure if power off. Equipped with local and remote operations.

④Injector. Max. Lifting capacity is 100,000 lbs. Max. Snubbing capacity is 50,000 lbs. It is suitable for 1 1/2” - 2 7/8”coiled tubing.

⑤ Stripper. 4 1/16” -15,000 psi dual-stripper.

⑥ BOP. 5 1/8” - 15,000 psi four-rams BOP.

(2) Fluid pump unit

① Twin-pump unit. Two pump can work independently, and can achieve one use and one backup by the unit. The rated power is 475 HP by single pump.

② Mixing-equipment. It can mix acid and other working fluids rapidly.

③ Truck tank. Equipped with acid and water truck tanks. 

(3) LN2 pump

① 180K model LN2 pump, the pump rate can reach 3000 SCFM.

② LN2 tanks, the LN2 capacity is 13,200 gal.
